On 14th October 2019 Malaysian Gas Association (MGA) organized  an Industry Talk entitled Outlook on the Malaysian Economic and Its Oil and Gas Industry. The talk featured two speakers, namely Dr Zarina Zainal Abidin, Deputy Director, Economics Dept, of Bank Negara Malaysia, who presented the “The Malaysian Economy : Prospects, Challenges, and policy priorities”.  Another speaker was  En Samsuddin Miskon, Vice President Group Procurement,  PETRONAS. He shared  his insight on the “Outlook on the Malaysia Oil and Gas Industry” covering  high level industry insights, current industry situation, upcoming challenges  that includes digitalization, trade liberalization, and PETRONAS direction moving forward in general.

The talk was held at Impiana KLCC. And attracted more than 160 MGA members  from 59 companies.  Attendees found the presentations insightful and called for more series like this in the future.
