D&I: Walking The Talk with MyWiE

Increasing Diversity and Inclusion (D&I)  in  the workplace is a business issue, and we need all hands on deck. To that end, MGA  in collaboration with MyWiE  are planning a special event “D&I : Walking The Talk With MyWiE’  to raise awareness  about ways to create inclusive work environments. ! This event shall discuss and propagate D&I best practices and provide ample opportunities for attendees to learn and engage with best practice organisations  on how to initiate, evolve and institutionalise an inclusive ecosystem

On a different note, we all  agree  that young and upcoming leaders on various levels in the workplace need mentorship  to help unlock potential, reinforce strengths  and maximise individual’s performance. To really WALK THE TALK  on the importance of mentoring to elevate women leaders, this event will  feature a special session on Speed Mentoring.  Patterned after “speed-dating”, speed mentoring is an opportunity for Mentees to learn from each other, build networks, get new insights/inspiration for both their career and personal development. On the flip side, Mentors have the opportunity to help motivate and inspire others by sharing their wealth of experience.
