MGA and MOGSC teamed up once again to organise this year’s Industry Dinner, which was held in the Grand Ballroom of Mandarin Oriental Hotel on 8 November 2013. More than 750 people attended the event, including MGA’s Patron, YBhg Tan Sri Dato’ Shamsul Azhar Abbas. MGA’s President presented the welcome address followed by MOGSC’s President who led the cake cutting ceremony to celebrate MOGSC’s 10th Anniversary. MC for the night was Michelle Goh. Unlike previous years, this year’s entertainment included an African band and an acrobatic performance. Comedian Afdlin Shauki did not fail to liven the crowd in stitches with his creative compositions. Singer Dayang Nurfaizah impressed with her repertoire of songs. It was a memorable night for all as the industry players celebrated another momentous year for the oil and gas industry.
