MGA Urges Energy Sector To Embrace The Power Of Diverse Perspectives For Future Workforce- BERNAMA

The Malaysian Gas Association (MGA) calls for the energy sector to embrace diversity and inclusion to build a future-ready workforce. At the “Fuelling Women in Energy” workshop, MGA council member Ramanrao Abdullah highlighted the need for longer paternity leave to support female workforce participation and celebrated the growing number of women in leadership roles in oil and gas. Government initiatives also aim to promote work-life balance and gender diversity, key drivers for the sector’s sustainable growth.
