MGA's Technical Visit to Edra Power Plant
MGA Members had Exclusive Access to the Largest and Most advanced Gas fired Power Plant in Southeast Asia
MGA has organised its technical visit to Edra Power Plant at Telok Gong, Melaka on 8 March 2023 Organised as an annual networking event, this visit is designed for the members to gain knowledge with technical and operational aspects of an advanced combined cycle power plant Owned by EDRA Energy, Edra Power Plant came into commercial operation in 2022 and is well known as the largest gas turbine facility in Southeast Asia with 2 242 MW total generation capacity and its commercial operation commenced in 2022.

Social Connection at Turtle Conservation & Information Centre
MGA’s networking event continues with the visit to Turtle Conservation Information Centre This centre serves as a conservation centre for the hawksbill turtle (Eretmochelys imbricata), that is said to be one of the world’s most beautiful turtles. Through this, members can build social connections and expand social circle, besides gaining new knowledge and information on sea creatures. Members also get the opportunity to see the hawksbill turtle.
