“At MyWiE, we strongly believe that diversity & inclusion, or D&I as we know it to be, is at the core of long-term business success. In fact, D&I have been on the energy industry’s priority agenda for many years. The global energy industry is transitioning towards a sustainable future, and at the same time facing the most pressing challenges to ensure a well-balanced, diverse and skillful workforce within the industry is achieved. MyWiE has been recognised as an advocacy group to champion equal opportunity for women in the Malaysian energy sector. We are proud to see organisations in Malaysia progressing toward better D&I practices.”
